Specialist Member of the First-tier Tribunal, Special Educational Needs and Disability

We have been asked to identify 100 candidates for the position of Fee-paid Specialist Member of the First-tier Tribunal, Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND). A fee-paid Specialist Member sits on a panel with a Judge and in some cases, another Specialist Member. They will either have direct knowledge and experience of working with children and young people with SEND gained within the education system or such experience gained in the health/ social care system.
